Office Location

Our office for Positive Minds Therapy is located on 120 E Main St Suite 5 in Patchogue, NY.

If you prefer Telehealth therapy services, we can provide this option to you as well for those located further from us or if you are in a pinch and can’t make it to your in office session that day.
